The 2017 program is now closed to new admissions, but students who are interested should plan for the 2018 program.  Applications for the 9th annual Communication in Europe summer study abroad program should be available starting in May.

Advertised program costs are based on a group of 25. With more students, the price will be reduced.  Changes in airfare and currency exchange could slightly change the amount of program fees up or down.  Program fee includes:

  • Full SDSU tuition for 2 courses (same amount regardless of in-state residency)
  • Roundtrip airfare from/to San Diego, tips, and transfers
  • Intercity travel by coach (Program I) or air (Program II)
  • Lodging with breakfast included in each city
  • Metro passes
  • Tours, excursions, and entrance fees to major attractions
  • Trip insurance
  • Two group dinners in each city

Travel Insurance is available for $199 (Cancel for any reason)

 

Application forms will be available in 237 COM in May of 2017

 Early Decision Deadline is October 1, 2017

  • Programs fill quickly, so apply early.  Be sure you have the financial resources for the program before applying
  • Courses are in a special session (CES) that begins in January and ends after our return from Europe
