Bio

Career Background: Jeffrey Klubeck has over 20 years of experience serving the Organizational Development needs for companies of all sizes. In 2006, he founded Get A Klu, Inc., an active Personal/Professional Development Company serving Coaching and Training services to Entrepreneurs, “Micro” Business Owners, and Adult Learners.

Jeffrey also has nearly a decade of practical experience in strategic staffing as both an agency and human resources recruiter. Additionally, as Adjunct Professor of Communication (San Diego State University, San Diego City College, San Diego Miramar College) Jeffrey has taught Public Speaking, Argumentation, Critical Thinking, Organizational Communication and Group Interaction to adult learners for over 20 years.

In 2011, Jeffrey developed The Get A Klu Coaching Methodology (rebranded in 2020 as “The Integrity Game®”) and has trained dozens of Coaches, Business Owners and Management-Level Professionals on the skills and techniques of Individual and Group Motivation, Behavioral Intervention, Accountability and Task Management/Personal Productivity! From 2013 to 2020 (pandemic), his “Coach Jeffrey” brand earned him Coaching, Speaking and Training assignments in 14 countries across 4 continents. Here at home, Jeffrey has worked with notable organizations including: United Health Care, State Farm Insurance, Farmers Insurance, JP Morgan/Chase, Aztec Shops, Ltd., Higgs Fletcher and Mack, LLP, Century 21, Chef Works, Inc., MHM Glass Etching, TGB Architects, Institute for Canadian Citizenship, Asian-American Hotel Owners Association, Specialty Advertising Association of California, Ceramic Pro, Legacy Solar, Orange Theory Fitness and many more!
