Connect. Achieve. Lead.

Lambda Pi Eta (ΛΠΗ) is the official honor society of the National Communication Association and an accredited member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS).

San Diego State University has been home to the Pi Beta Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta since 1999. For more than 25 years, Pi Beta has recognized academic excellence among SDSU Communication students.

Today, we are building on that history by creating even more opportunities for students to connect with one another, engage with faculty, develop professionally, serve their community, explore graduate education, and become active participants in the School of Communication.

At SDSU, we want Lambda Pi Eta to be more than an honor you receive at graduation.

We want it to be a community you can be part of throughout your time in the School of Communication.

Whether you are just beginning your Communication education or are ready for official national induction, there is a pathway for you to get involved!
